Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who has made a name for herself in the world of television. In the year 1976 De La Garza was born with a Mexican-American dad and an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. The family moved to Texas in order to pursue her dream of becoming a physical therapist on the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas into Orlando, Florida and took part in numerous actor roles. These included local independent films as well as global commercials. She quickly found her passion in the field of acting, despite small roles. She moved into New York and in 2001 she got her first stage role in the soap opera for daytime viewers All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the early part of 2000 she appeared in smaller roles on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got a role in her debut series role on The Mountain, which was a television show that lasted only a few episodes. She played Maria Serrano and De La Garza was lucky enough to share the screen with some of the most prestigious TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. She played A.D.A. in Law & Order the show, and her most memorable performance was from 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. Her character on the Law & Order: LA spinoff was short lived. The character she played earned De La Garza several nominations such as Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even numerous ALMA Award noms. She won the Impact Award in 2008 for her outstanding performance on a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. A short moment later De La Garza was cast as a character on CSI Miami in a recurring role. She played Marisol Delko's wife and the character of David Caruso Horatio Caine. She played Doctor. Lena Solis in NBC's dramatic dark series Do No Harm. Alyssa Milano's show was pulled by NBC following only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her ethnicity is Italian and has a younger brother Cory. She was raised by an orthodox and religious family. Milano's career began at age seven, after her child's sitter took her to an audition. Of more than a thousand applicants the actress was selected as one of just four. Milano appeared in commercials for television as well as off Broadway shows, including the very first American musical rendition to Jane Eyre.
